6 Basic Combo Tutorial | Freestyle Football

Welcome to the fifth session of the freestyle Persian football training course.   Today we want to combine the movements we have learned and practiced so far Those movements are around the world, Crossover, and X movement, and we do each of them twice in a row. So you can work these combinations until today or next week when you have time.

To perform the following movements, there is a trick that is effective for all of them, that is, you should point your toe upwards so that when you hit the ball, the ball will come up vertically and straight. Do not go in other directions.

The first movement is the Cross-over movement, which we try to perform twice together. If you want to warm up, it is better to do the Cross-over 10 times alone. What you should do is Juggle, do the Cross Over, continue Juggling, then do the Crossover again, when you hit the second Cross over, rest and repeat the same thing 10 times. When you warm up, that’s when you should do it twice in a row. The important thing to do for the  Crossover move is that the tip of your toe should be up and the first kick should not be high so that you can perform the second crossover easily.

  The next combination that we want to perform together is the X movement, which you can practice in the Crossover style first of all. When you have practiced it like a Cross-over, you can do two Xs in a row. Try not to perform this combination too hard, that is, there is no need to jump high and hit the ball hard. The important points that are very important in the style of doing your movements is that both X’s should be done at the same height so that your movements are done cleanly and stylishly.

  The next movement is moving around the world, which we have to do twice in a row. First of all, we have to practice it like the previous movements, that is, Juggle, perform the movement around the world, Juggle again, and perform the movement around the world again. Then we rest and repeat this 10 times. After this stage, we are ready to do the movement twice around the world and we do it easily, and we should point that the tip of our foot is upwards. The important point is that we must perform the first round of the world quickly so that our legs have the speed and strength to complete the second round of the world. Also, moving around the world is more technical than other movements (X and Cross over ), that is, in performing those movements, you hit the ball, but in moving around the world, you rotate the ball by touching the ball.

  The movements of the second level are more attractive because they are gonna be combined with each other. The first movement that we want to do together is the movement around the world and the X movement. To perform this move, after moving around the world, you must have a good ball touch to be able to perform the next move, which is the X move, well. If your ball goes forward, it means that your touch after moving around the world is not appropriate and you cannot continue it. And the next movement is the movement around the world with the Crossover movement, which can also be attractive. If I put the ball straight up after moving around the world, I can do the crossover move. The next move is a very creative move that you can make good combinations of if you work well. This movement is X and Cross Hour, it is a very attractive and stylish combination. And also do the opposite of this combination, which becomes the crossover X movement, which makes the pause and reverse of the movements attractive to the combination.
