Hop The World ( HTW ) Tutorial | Freestyle Football

We are back with the sixth session of the freestyle football training course of Persian Ball, so let’s have the training together.

As you can see in the picture, the movement (HTW) is very beautiful, it is a little difficult because it has a different technique and style and is a little different from other movements.

This movement is also one of the basic movements and I hope that you will be able to perform this movement by practicing.

The name of this move is because you have a very small jump to perform the move.

 

According to the training method that I have, I divide this movement into several parts and practice together step by step.

The first move that we should know and have no problem doing is simple Juggling, which if you don’t know Juggling, you can’t make Juggling easily.

 

 

The first exercise we must do together is:

We throw the ball on the ground and after the ball hits the ground and Bounces, we hit the ball like a Juggling with a small pause. Why do we do this movement with a pause?

Because we want to simulate the conditions of performing the movement, and when doing it, our foot reaches the ground a little late and we hit the ball a little later.

In the next step, we throw the ball on the ground again and when the ball hits the ground and bounces, we try to pass the right foot (Main foot) around the ball when the same foot hits the ground, we hit the ball with the same foot.

The important thing is that the toe of your foot should be lifted up so that the ball comes up vertically.

 

 

 

 

 

It should come vertically up so that you get used to it and be in a situation where you can do with the left foot after the right one.

These are very important points that you will not see in any YouTube channel or any other Tutorial.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the next step, you should keep the ball on your feet, and whenever you feel ready and want to do this move, jump and do the move:

 

This exercise will make you able to perform at least this movement, in fact, this is not the main movement but it will make you closer to this movement.

 

 

 

If you want to start freestyle, I suggest you get freestyle soccer shoes and a PersianBall freestyle soccer ball because both products are designed for freestyle soccer.

A friction layer has been worked on the Persianball, which prevents the ball from slipping on your shoes. Don’t forget to do with both legs and don’t forget to continue doing the exercises.
