Moving around the world is one of the movements that has become very viral. Everyone who loves football has done it. In this movement, the foot rotates around the ball once.
First of all, you must know which stage of freestyle you are in. If you are an amateur, you must first strengthen your touch on your feet so that you can perform this movement correctly.
Throw the ball and when the ball hits the ground and comes up, try to take the ball and keep the ball on your foot.
Raise your toe up and lock the ball so that the ball does not go in other directions.
Raise and lower your leg to make the exercise more difficult. If you can hold the ball well, you can go to the next level.
The next level is to tilt your ankle a little so that the ball falls and when it hits the ground, catch the ball again. At this stage, you will feel the rotation of the ball.
