How will I receive the program?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email to your inbox with link to download In-Season E-book. E-book is in interactive .pdf format that can be downloaded to your desktop, tablet or mobile device.

What equipment will I need?

All drills in the program were designed intentionally for players to have only minimum equipment – just 15-20 cones and 1 ball. So nothing would ever stop you from effective training.

What does it mean an interactive .pdf file?

An interactive .pdf file is an E-book with clickable elements. In the program ckickable elements are video demonstrations of drills. Once you clicked on the picture of the drill inside the program your internet browser will open a link with the video itself on the web.

Physical components in dribbling :

Technical components:
Dribbling, Changing direction dribbling, Changing tempo dribbling, Tight space dribbling, Speed scribbling, Skill moves, Shooting, 1st touch, Ball mastery

Goalkeeper (GK): The primary task is to prevent the opposing team from scoring by stopping shots on goal. Goalkeepers also play a key role in organizing the defense.

Defenders (typically two center-backs and two full-backs): Defenders aim to stop the opposing team’s attacks and prevent them from scoring. They need to be good at tackling, marking, and heading the ball.

Midfielders (central midfielders, defensive midfielders, and attacking midfielders): Midfielders control the flow of the game. Defensive midfielders focus on breaking up the opponent’s attacks, while attacking midfielders create scoring opportunities. Central midfielders often provide a balance between offense and defense.

Forwards (strikers): Forwards are responsible for scoring goals. They need to be agile, skillful, and have a good understanding of positioning to exploit the opponent’s defense

Center-forward (CF)

Forwards are responsible for scoring goals. They need to be agile, skillful, and have a good understanding of positioning to exploit the opponent’s defense.

Second Striker ( SS )

Second Striker (SS) in football is an attacking player positioned behind the main striker. Responsibilities include linking play, providing key passes, and contributing to goal-scoring. Requires creativity, intelligent movement, and may involve defensive duties.

Left Midfielder ( LM )

Similar to the right midfielder but positioned on the left side. Provides width, crosses, and contributes to the team’s offensive and defensive efforts.

Central Midfielder ( CM )

Plays in the central part of the midfield, involved in both defensive and offensive aspects. Responsible for distributing passes, maintaining possession, and supporting both attack and defense.

Right Midfielder ( RM )

Left Back ( LB )

Positioned on the left side of the defense, responsible for defending against opposition wingers and contributing to attacks by overlapping with the midfield.

Central Back ( CB )

Central defenders who form the core of the team’s defense. They are responsible for stopping opposing attackers, winning aerial duels, and distributing the ball from the back.

Right Back ( RB )

Positioned on the right side of the defense, similar to the left back, responsible for defensive duties and supporting attacks by overlapping with the midfield.

Positioned in front of the defense, focuses on shielding the backline, breaking up opposition attacks, and distributing the ball to more advanced players.

Attacking Midfielder (AM)

“AM” stands for Attacking Midfielder in football. This player operates in an advanced midfield position and is responsible for creating goal-scoring opportunities, providing key passes, and supporting the attack. Attacking Midfielders often exhibit creativity, vision, and ball control. They play a crucial role in linking the midfield and the forward line, contributing to the team’s offensive strategy.
