Note: We are not responsible for lost shipments; ensure to return your items by certified mail.

Returning Your Product

You can return your purchased PersianBall products within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns or offer a refund if:

• You don’t return your product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product(s) have been worn, used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging.

Exchanging Your Product

If you receive a product other than what you ordered, or if your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us for an exchange.

• If you received the wrong product(s), we’ll send you the correct one(s).
• If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will fully refund the costs.
• If the damage was caused by factors other than material quality, we do not offer a refund.
• We do not exchange products when you have received what you ordered.
