Do you ship to my country?

We ship out world wide. If you go to the check out page you will be able to choose a country which you would like us to ship your order to. You will then see the total cost of your order including the shipping fee.

The product I want is not in stock, what should I do?"

If what you are looking for is not in stock you can always contact us via our Support form to check when it will be available again. You can also subscribe to our newsletters so we can inform you when any new product is available again.

How much is shipping?

As a DHL partner we offer a very low rate starting at 4€ for shipping with tracking. Delivery time is normally between 3 – 7 business days. Shipping cost does vary depending on country and weight.

The reason for the low rates is because we take most of the shipping cost for you. You will get the accurate shipping cost calculated when checking out. First we need to know the product you are purchasing and your address details. VAT will be added at check out for EU countries.

How can I pay?

You can choose between credit card payment directly at our website through Stripe, our you can check out with Paypal. You can pay with credit card if you choose to check out with Paypal as well.

Return and exchange of products

If there is anything wrong with the product you purchased or you are not happy with it, you can return the product and get a refund. If the item has been used, washed, or not returned in the original packing, we, unfortunately, can not accept the returned product/s. You can return any unused product for a refund within 14 days after you received it.

The product must have been purchased from our webshop and not from a retailer.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND AGREEMENT

​If you pay for your order with Paypal you are also qualified for free returns. This is a service PayPal is offering most of our customers. How to know where my order is?

You can track your order via dhl.de. You will receive an email with a tracking number and information about your order. Therefore it’s very important that you spell your email address and phone number correctly when you place your order. If you do spell it wrong by mistake you can always contact us via our support form.

Additional custom duties and taxes

EU shipping 

The final price includes tax. This means that you should not be charged for VAT when the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Persianball will be responsible to pay the additional taxes. You as a customer might be responsible to pay any extra customs clearance fees depending on the destination country’s rules and regulations.

International shipping

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You as the customer are responsible to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees if it occurs. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Who is responsible for International Import, Duty, & Customs Fees?

For customers who purchase orders outside of the European Union, in some cases, customs fees can be charged and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any Import, Duty, and Customs Fees that may apply for shipping to their country.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

*Canary Islands (Spain) can also apply for Duty, VAT, and customs fees as a special regime.

Footwear

How do I clean my shoes?

1) Do not use chlorine, bleach, or sports cleaning foam as it can damage your shoes.
2) Remove insoles and wash them by hand.
3) Shake off the sand, gravel, or dirt from the inside of the shoe.
4) Clean the outside of the shoes with a cloth or a brush with warm water.
5) You can wash the shoes in the washing machine using a short cycle at 30ºC.
6) Avoid softeners and do not bleach or do not tumble dry.
7) After carefully cleaning your shoes, dry them naturally at moderate temperatures. Don’t put them too close to direct heat or in a hot room as it could cause damage

  • Measurements of the insole (Compare these measurements to an insole of a pair of shoes you own)
  • Measure your foot length carefully.
  • Please choose the correct size according to your foot length. For example, if your foot length is 26cm, you should choose size 7.

Can I remove the insole?

At the moment we do not sell insoles separately. However, we are hoping to add insoles to our collection in the future. In the meantime, if you need to replace your insoles, you may find suitable insoles in most shoe shops.

Pre-Order

What does pre-order mean?

You may have noticed that some items are only available for pre-order.
This means that the product hasn’t been released, but we let our customers get the items they want by reserving them in advance before they are officially available. They’re then shipped to the customer once available.

Pre-orders act as a kind of ‘reservation’ that guarantees customers access to the items they’re interested in, the earliest possible and at their lowest price—without having to worry about these products selling out while helping Tropicfeel build customer loyalty and better forecast demand.

You can find the shipping date of your purchase on the product information and in the email confirmation of your order.

Why do we do pre-order?

It’s good for the planet
The in-demand model can prevent overstock, which is the cause of unnecessary waste and pollution.

A discount is applied to the item’s original retail price, by the production and logistical optimization the pre-order model offers.

Help us to understand better your interest in our products and challenge the status quo.

How does a pre-order work?

When we first launch a pre-order product we offer a Super Early Bird discount. The discount will keep reducing the closer we get to the shipping date. Once the product is in stock and ready for shipping full price will be applied.

When will I receive my pre-order product?

Some pre-order products have a shorter production time than others. The estimated shipping time for our pre-order products will be available on the product page and will be shown at the checkout. The order confirmation email will also include the shipping date.

What happens if I order an item that is currently in stock alongside a pre-order product?

Some items have different shipping times. To be more environmentally friendly we also ship entire orders when all items are ready in one shipment. Shipping items together in one package, rather than multiple packages, helps us reduce our carbon footprint and become a more sustainable brand. The shipping date of your purchase will be stated in your confirmation email.
